TOKYO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Seirindo Co., Ltd., announces to resell its Manga magazine Garo, which had given a significant impact on the Japanese subculture including manga, into an iPad-compatible app Garo version 2.0. Garo version 2.0 is downloadable at the App Store from September 30th, 2010. Masterpiece Mangas, such as Cycle Boys (Saikuru Yaro) and Tale of Charcoal Burner (Sumiyaki Monogatari), will also be available from the App Store as iPad-compatible apps from early October.
Seirindo releases Garo version 2.0 as an iPad-compatible app for authors to freely express their ideas and compositions. Garo Version 2.0 aims to distribute new contents for a young generation subscribers who are accustomed to digital formats.
